- Primero. DIRIMIR el conflicto de jurisdicciones suscitado entre el Juzgado 002 Civil Municipal de Arauca y el Juzgado 007 Administrativo de Arauca en el sentido de DECLARAR que el Juzgado 007 Administrativo de Arauca , es la autoridad competente para conocer de la demanda ejecutiva promovida por el Instituto de Desarrollo de Arauca (IDEAR) contra la Empresa Vial del Municipio de Arauquita ( EVIMAR).
- Segundo. Por medio de la Secretar�a General de esta Corporaci�n, REMITIR el expediente CJU-7839 al el Juzgado 007 Administrativo de Arauca , para que proceda con lo de su competencia y comunique esta decisi�n al Juzgado 002 Civil Municipal de Arauca , a las partes e interesados en el tr�mite procesal. Notif�quese, comun�quese y c�mplase.
