Recurso de súplica.
En el auto de rechazo la Magistrada Ponente adujo que, a pesar de que la accionante presentó escrito con el que dijo corregir la demanda y de haber planteado en él de manera específica las condiciones o requisitos que debía cumplir la misma para ser admitida, no planteó un solo fundamento de constitucionalidad en contra de la norma remisoria cuestionada.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación precisó que la argumentación debe encaminarse a debatir la motivación del auto de rechazo y no a reiterar las razones expuestas inicialmente.
Con base en lo anterior la Corte decidió CONFIRMAR el auto recurrido.
