- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el Auto del 07 de febrero de 2018, proferido por el Magistrado Antonio Jose Lizarazo Ocampo en el proceso D-12492, mediante el cual rechazo la demanda presentada por el ciudadano Oscar David Gomez Pineda en contra del articulo 8 (parcial) de la Ley 1843 de 2017 "Por medio de la cual se regula la instalacion y puesta en marcha de sistemas automaticos, semiautomaticos y otros medios tecnologicos para la deteccion de infracciones y se dictan otras disposiciones".
- SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte, comuniquese el contenido de esta decision al recurrente, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Archivese el expediente.
