Solicitud de Nulidad.
El memorialista solicitó la declaratoria de nulidad parcial de la sentencia T-721/11, respecto a los razonamientos esbozados en la parte motiva y comprendidos en el Capítulo II Consideraciones y Fundamentos. 2.2.4 Solución al caso concreto, puesto que considera que a partir de tal enunciado se asume un razonamiento que hace que la parte resolutiva de la sentencia se convierta en una decisión anfibológica o ininteligible, por existencia de una incoherencia que genera una vulneración al debido proceso.
Se RECHAZA por extemporánea la solicitud de nulidad impetrada.
