Solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia T-467/19 y del Auto 332/21.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación constató que la nulidad de la precitada providencia se presentó de manera abiertamente extemporánea, por un ciudadano que carece de legitimación en la causa para formularla y que el asunto fue resuelto mediante el auto mencionado.
Respecto a la segunda pretensión, se indicó que en reiterada jurisprudencia se ha establecido que son improcedentes las solicitudes de nulidad formuladas en contra de autos que a su vez resolvieron sobre la nulidad de una sentencia.
Con base en lo anterior, se RECHAZÓ DE PLANO la primera pretensión.
