Conflicto de competencia entre el Juzgado Treinta y Nueve Civil Municipal de Bogotá y el Juzgado Veintidós Civil del Circuito de la misma ciudad, en torno al trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
Luego de recordar el marco jurídico que determina la competencia en materia de tutela, la Corte decide el asunto ordenando la remisión del expediente al Juzgado Treinta y Nueve Civil Municipal de Bogotá, para que de forma inmediata y sin más dilaciones, tramite la acción de tutela impetrada.

- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 16 de febrero de 2015, proferido por el Juzgado Treinta y Nueve Civil Municipal de Bogota, dentro de la accion de tutela contenida en el expediente ICC-2130. En consecuencia, REMITIR el expediente al mencionado juzgado para que de forma inmediata y sin mas dilaciones, tramite la accion de tutela iniciada por Hector Alfonso Bonilla Ibanez contra la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Publicos de Bogota.
- Segundo. Por secretaria General, COMUNICAR al Juzgado Veintidos Civil del Circuito de Bogota de la decision adoptada en esta providencia.
