Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-144/25.
El memorialista le pidió a la Corte aclarar que las afirmaciones sobre presuntos hechos de violencia referidos a él en la providencia de la referencia corresponden exclusivamente a la versión del accionante y no a pruebas judiciales ni decisión penal en firme.
Luego de revisar los presupuestos de procedencia encontró la Corte que se incumplió el requisito de oportunidad, toda vez que la petición se formuló de manera extemporánea.
Con base en lo anterior se RECHAZÓ la solicitud de aclaración invocada en esta oportunidad.
