- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR por falta de carga argumentativa el recurso de súplica presentado por el ciudadano Nixon Torres Cárcamo, en contra del Auto del 18 de mayo de 2023, proferido por el despacho de la Magistrada Diana Fajardo Rivera en el expediente D-15250.
- SEGUNDO. Por medio de la Secretaría General de la Corte, COMUNÍQUESE el contenido de la decisión al demandante, indicándole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, archívese el expediente.
