La demanda se rechazó porque el actor no logró subsanar las falencias de aptitud señaladas en el auto de inadmisión y, en consecuencia, persistían la falta de claridad, certeza y especificidad.
Encontró la Sala Plena de la Corporación que la súplica formulada no cumplió con la carga argumentativa mínima exigida para su trámite, en los términos dispuestos por la jurisprudencia constitucional, por lo que procedió a su RECHAZO.

- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR, por falta de carga argumentativa, el recurso de súplica presentado por Alexánder Humberto Iguarán Uriana contra el Auto del 8 de julio de 2025, que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad presentada contra los artículos 3, 7, 8, 9 y 11 parciales de la Ley 89 de 1890, dentro del expediente D-16606.
- SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR esta decisión al recurrente, indicándole que contra la misma no proceden recursos.
- TERCERO. Una vez comunicada esta decisión, archívese el expediente.
