Con el presente auto se decreta una medida provisional y, en consecuencia, se ordena a la EPS Compensar autorizar y suministrar al agenciado el servicio de cuidador por doce horas.
Se ordena, además, que la entidad presente a la Sala un informe de cumplimiento de la anterior disposición, dentro de las dos semanas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia.

- Primero. Por medio de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, ORDENAR, como medida provisional, a la EPS Compensar, autorizar y suministrar el servicio de cuidador por 12 horas, al señor Julián, dentro de los tres días hábiles siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia.
- Segundo. Por medio de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, ORDENAR a EPS Compensar que, dentro de las dos semanas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, presente un informe de cumplimiento a la presente decisión.
- Tercero. Por medio de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR esta decisión a la señora Gabriela y a la EPS Compensar.
