Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia C-207/25.
La petición fue realizada por el apoderado judicial del Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible y de manera particular se circunscribió al aparte en el que se dispuso los efectos de la decisión en el caso concreto del Decreto Legislativo 0131 de 2025.
Luego de verificar el cumplimiento de los presupuestos de procedencia constató la Corte que no se acreditó el de carga argumentativa.
Lo anterior, porque la entidad se abstuvo de demostrar, en concreto, cuáles serían las expresiones ambiguas o confusas contenidas en la parte resolutiva o que influyeran en la misma, o que de algún modo impidieran comprender la razón de la decisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR, por improcedente, la aclaración pedida en esta oportunidad.

RECHAZAR por improcedente, al no cumplir con el requisito de carga argumentativa, la solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia C-207 de 2025, presentada por Jhon Mario Carvajal Sanabria, actuando en calidad de apoderado judicial del Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva.
- SEGUNDO. Contra esta providencia no proceden recursos.
