- PRIMERO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion se remita el escrito presentado el dia 4 de mayo de 2007 por el ciudadano Alvaro Antonio Torrado Manjarres, apoderado de Jorge Alberto Osorio Maya, a los Juzgados Decimo, Quince, Veinticinco, Treinta y Seis, Veintinueve y Veintitres Penales Municipales de Medellin; autoridades judiciales a las cuales, en su calidad de despachos de primera instancia en los respectivos procesos de tutela, corresponde asegurar el cumplimiento de la sentencia T-1327 de 2005 segun los estrictos terminos del auto 079 de 2007 proferido por la Sala Septima de revision el dia veintidos (22) de marzo de dos mil siete (2007).
