  4. Tercero. EXHORTAR al Consejo Directivo del Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio para que examine la posibilidad de extender la figura de los cotizantes no independientes a los demás familiares próximos de los docentes afiliados al Fondo."
  5. Segundo. ORDENAR a la Secretaría General de esta Corporación que notifique a los demandados dentro de los procesos de la referencia sobre la corrección introducida a través del presente auto.
