- En merito de lo expuesto, la Sala Plena de la Corte Constitucional
- RESUELVE
- DEVOLVER por Secretaria General de esta corporacion a la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura el expediente que contiene la accion de tutela incoada por Mauricio Pimiento Barrera contra la Sala de Casacion Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, para que resuelva cuanto antes la impugnacion del fallo de tutela proferido el 9 de septiembre de 2008 por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca y enseguida remita a esta corporacion el asunto con la decision proferida en segunda instancia para que se surta el procedimiento de eventual revision.
