Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó porque el demandante no satisfizo las exigencias argumentativas con el escrito de corrección y reiteró los argumentos iniciales, los cuales, según el auto de inadmisión, carecían de claridad, certeza, especificidad, pertinencia y suficiencia y, por tanto, no permitían adelantar el juicio de constitucionalidad propuesto.
Debido a que el recurso fue interpuesto de manea extemporánea e incurrió en una falta de motivación, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZARLO.
