Lo anterior, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el inciso 3º del numeral 1º del Art. 1º del Decreto Reglamentario 1382 de 2000 “A los Jueces Municipales les serán repartidas para su conocimiento en primera instancia, las acciones de tutela que se interpongan contra cualquier autoridad pública del orden distrital o municipal y contra particulares”.
