La demanda se rechazó porque la misma no se corrigió en los términos indicados en el auto de inadmisión.
Encontró la Sala Plena que el recurrente, en lugar de señalar los yerros, olvidos o actuaciones arbitrarias en los que habría incurrido la providencia cuestionada, solo se limitó a afirmar que sí cumplió con los requisitos que dicha decisión tuvo por no cumplidos, procediendo a transcribir el contenido de los autos de inadmisión y rechazo.
Ante la falta de argumentación para destacar las deficiencias del fallo recurrido, se RECHAZÓ la súplica impetrada.

- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR el recurso de súplica presentado por el ciudadano Juan José Parada Holguín contra el auto proferido el 10 de mayo de 2023, por medio del cual se rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad en el expediente D-15.229.
- SEGUNDO. Contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, archívese el expediente.
