La demanda se rechazó porque el actor no la corrigió en debida forma las falencias identificadas en el auto de inadmisión.
Encontró la Sala Plena de la Corporación que el recurso analizado en esta oportunidad no cumplió con el requisito de carga argumentativa, en tanto el accionante solo reiteró lo ya señalado con anterioridad en la demanda y en el escrito de corrección, sin demostrar que el rechazo hubiese sido equivocado.
Con base en lo anterior, se RECHAZÓ la súplica formulada.

- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR, por falta de carga argumentativa, el recurso de súplica formulado contra el auto del 5 de junio del 2025, mediante el cual la magistrada (e) Carolina Ramírez Pérez rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad presentada por el ciudadano Andrés Felipe Falla Montealegre en contra de la Ley 1905 de 2018.
- SEGUNDO. Proceda la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional a comunicarle el contenido de esta decisión al recurrente, indicándole que contra esta decisión no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. En firme esta decisión, archívese el expediente.
