  1. PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la providencia del 28 de junio de 2022 proferida por la magistrada Gloria Stella Ortiz Delgado, que rechazó la demanda presentada por el ciudadano Camilo Araque Blanco en contra de los artículos 103 del Decreto Ley 1790 de 2000 y 3º de la Ley 857 de 2003.
  2. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General, COMUNÍQUESE el contenido de esta decisión al demandante, advirtiendo que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
  3. Una vez quede ejecutoriado el presente auto, ARCHÍVESE el expediente.
