Solicitud de nulidad contra la Sentencia C-075/26.
El peticionario alegó la causal de violación del debido proceso consagrado en el artículo 133 numeral 7 de Código General del Proceso.
Al verificar el cumplimiento de los presupuestos de procedencia encontró la Sala Plena de la Corporación que no se satisfizo el de legitimación.
Con base en lo anterior se RECHAZÓ la nulidad invocada.
