Recurso de súplica.
El magistrado sustanciador rechazó la demanda, por considerar que el demandante no suplió los déficits identificados en el auto de inadmisión y, por tanto, no logró estructurar un cargo de inconstitucionalidad claro, específico ni suficiente.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación considero que tras la corrección de la demanda, la acción formulada continuaba careciendo de la totalidad de los requisitos establecidos por la jurisprudencia para su admisibilidad, pues debido a su falta de certeza, especificidad y suficiencia, no logró despertar una verdadera duda sobre la constitucionalidad de la norma demandada.
Con base en lo anterior decidió CONFIRMAR el auto cuestionado y rechazar la demanda de inconstitucionalidad de la referencia-

- SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, comuniquese el contenido de esta decision al demandante, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decision, archivese el expediente.
