  1. PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el Auto del 21 de septiembre de 2021, que rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada por el ciudadano Norbey de Jesus Vargas Ricardo contra el inciso
  2. segundo. del articulo 8 de la Ley 1421 de 2010, "Por medio de la cual se prorroga la Ley 418 de 1997, prorrogada y modificada por las Leyes 548 de 1999, 782 de 2002 y 1106 de 2006", dentro del expediente con numero de radicacion D-14391, por las razones expuestas en este pronunciamiento.
