El peticionario argumentó que los impactos que fueron identificados no se han minimizado y que por tanto la afectación de derechos fundamentales persiste.
La Corte considera que le corresponde a la autoridad judicial de primera instancia velar por el cumplimiento de la providencia de la referencia y, en consecuencia, decide NEGAR lo rogado y remitir el escrito al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Mocoa, para que proceda conforme a su competencia.

- PRIMERO. NEGAR la solicitud de asumir el cumplimiento de las órdenes impartidas en la Sentencia T-359 de 2015, formulada por Fredy Edison García, en calidad de Gobernador del Cabildo Awá del Alto Temblón, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Mocoa (Putumayo) la solicitud presentada por Fredy Edison García, para que proceda conforme a su competencia.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que, por Secretaría General, se comunique la decisión adoptada en esta providencia al señor Fredy Edison García.
