La Corte considera que debe respetarse la elección que hizo la accionante y disponer que quien debe tramitar la acción de tutela es el juzgado de la ciudad de Buenaventura.
Se ordena remitir el expediente a dicha autoridad para que de manera inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.

- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC- 3216 al Juzgado
