Recurso de reposición formulado en del Auto 307/23, mediante el cual se rechazó por extemporáneas las solicitudes de aclaración de la Sentencia T-333/22.

Los recurrentes argumentaron, entre otras cosas, que la Corte no tuvo en cuenta lo dispuesto en el artículo 8 de la Ley 2213 de 2022 sobre la notificación personal de las providencias mediante correo electrónico, según el cual, , la notificación se entiende realizada «una vez transcurridos dos días hábiles siguientes al envío del mensaje y los términos empezarán a contarse cuando el iniciador recepcione acuse de recibo o se pueda por otro medio constatar el acceso del destinatario al mensaje».

Luego de analizar los argumentos de los peticionarios, la Sala de Revisión decisión RECHAZAR los recursos impetrados.

  1. PRIMERO. RECHAZAR los recursos de reposición presentados por la Unidad Nacional para la Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres, el Ministerio de Vivienda y la Alcaldía de Providencia y Santa Catalina contra el Auto 307 de 2023, por medio del cual la Corte Constitucional rechazó las solicitudes de aclaración de la Sentencia T-333 de 2022.
  2. SEGUNDO. ADVERTIR a los solicitantes que contra esta providencia no procede ningún recurso.
  3. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
