Solicitud de aclaración y adición de la Sentencia C-346/21.

El Consejo Regional Indígena del Cauca y la Universidad Autónoma Indígena Intercultural formularon las precitadas peticiones por no estar de acuerdo con los requisitos fijados en el artículo 77 de la Ley 2276 de 2022, en cumplimiento de ese fallo.

Así mismo, rechazaron la decisión del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público de exigir la satisfacción de esos requisitos al mencionado ente universitario.

Teniendo en cuenta que las solicitudes fueron formuladas un año y cuatro meses después de vencido el término de ejecutoria, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZARLAS.
