  1. PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el Auto del 22 de mayo de 2026 , dictado por e l Juzgado 008 Administrativo del Circuito de Santa Marta , en el marco de la acci�n de tutela promovida por Nazario
  2. Segundo. Villamil Charris contra la Nueva E.P.S.
  3. SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente ICC-5494 a l Juzgado 008 Administrativo del Circuito de Santa Marta , para que, de forma inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisi�n a la que haya lugar .
  4. TERCERO. ADVERTIR al Juzgado 008 Administrativo del Circuito de Santa Marta que, en lo sucesivo, se abstenga de apartarse del conocimiento de acciones de tutela con fundamento en las reglas de reparto contenidas en el Decreto 333 de 2021 .
  5. CUARTO. Por Secretar�a General, COMUNICAR a la parte actora y al Juzgado 004 de Peque�as Causas y Competencia M�ltiple de Santa Marta la decisi�n adoptada mediante esta providencia.
