Se confirmó en su integridad en el numeral 1º del Auto proferido por esta Corte, mediante el cual se rechaza parcialmente la demanda de inexequibilidad de los Arts. 507 y 554 del Código de Procedimiento Civil; los Arts. 66, y 67 numerales 1º y 4º de la Ley 794 de 2003; así como “los numerales 27 y 28 del memorando enviado al Director Gerente del Fondo Monetario Internacional, Horst Köhler”.
Esto conforme a lo establecido en el Art. 6º del Decreto 2067 de 1991, según el cual “se rechazarán las demandas que recaigan sobre normas, respecto de las cuales la Corte Constitucional sea manifiestamente incompetente”.
Ejecutoriado el presente Auto, vuelva este negocio al Despacho del Magistrado Sustanciador para lo de su competencia.

- SEGUNDO. Ejecutoriado el presente Auto, vuelva este negocio al Despacho del Magistrado Sustanciador para lo de su competencia.
