Solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia T-377/20, formulada por Colpensiones.
La entidad adujo que la precitada providencia violó su derecho al debido proceso, al omitir de forma arbitraria los asuntos de relevancia legal que fueron expuestos en su escrito de intervención., lo cual tuvo efectos trascendentales sobre el sentido de la decisión, La Sala Plena considera que no le asiste razón a la peticionaria, por cuanto en el fallo cuestionado se analizaron los argumentos presentados por ella y además, aportó razones suficientes para justificar la decisión que se adoptó.
Tras comprobar que Colpensiones no pretende cosa distinta a reabrir el debate y mostrar su inconformidad con la apreciación sustantiva efectuada por la Sala Tercera de Revisión, se NIEGA el incidente formulado
