Solicitud de cumplimiento de la sentencia T-605/15.
El apoderado judicial de la accionante solicita nuevamente a la Corporación el cumplimiento de la providencia de la referencia y además, que ordene a la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Ibagué precisar que el reconocimiento del 50% de la sustitución pensional debe darse desde la muerte del causante.
Luego de determinar que la intervención de la Corporación no es procedente, la Sala de Revisión decide abstenerse de tramitar la solicitud promovida.
