Se dirime la colisión de competencias suscitada entre la Sala de Decisión Civil Familia y Laboral de Santa Rosa de Viterbo y la Sección Tercera del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, en el sentido de que la competencia no le corresponde al citado Tribunal y en consecuencia se remitió el expediente del Juzgado Segundo Civil del Circuito de Duitama que adquirió la competencia a prevención.

DECIDIR la colisión de competencias suscitada entre la Sala de Decisión Civil Familia y Laboral de Santa Rosa de Viterbo y la Sección Tercera del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, en el sentido de que la competencia no le corresponde al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca y en consecuencia por Secretaría se remitirá el expediente del Juzgado
