La Procuradora General de la Nación presentó escrito mediante el cual manifestó su impedimento para rendir concepto en la demanda de inconstitucionalidad de la referencia y, al respecto, invocó el contenido de los artículos 25 y 26 del Decreto 2067 de 1991.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió ACEPTAR el impedimento y, en consecuencia, dispuso correr traslado al Viceprocurador General Nación, por el término restante del otorgado inicialmente a la Procuradora General de la Nación, para que rinda el concepto correspondiente al que se refieren los artículos 242, numeral 2, y 278, numeral 5, de la Constitución.
