Se remitió el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado Quinto Penal del Circuito de Neiva, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, decida la acción de tutela de la ciudadana de la referencia contra CAJANAL.
Teniendo en cuenta que la entidad demandada es del orden nacional, descentralizada por servicios y que el Decreto 1382 de 2000 en su Art. 1° (numeral 1, inciso segundo), establece que corresponde a los jueces del circuito conocer, en primera instancia, aquellas acciones de tutela dirigidas contra organismos o entidades descentralizados por servicios del orden nacional.
