Solicitud relacionada con el alcance de los numerales 85 y 118 del Auto 275 de2011.
Mediante el precitado proveído la Corte resolvió, entre otras cosas, declarar el incumplimiento definitivo, por parte de la UAESP de las órdenes proferidas en la Sentencia T-724/03, dejar sin efectos la Licitación Pública No. 01 de 2010 y ordenar a la Alcaldía Mayor de Bogotá definir un esquema de metas a cumplir en el corto plazo, con destino a la formalización y regularización de la población de recicladores.
El peticionario, en calidad de representante legal de la Corporación Procesos Ambientarles de Colombia, hizo la petición considerando que existen expresiones cuyo sentido no resultaban claros.
La Sala Cuarta de Revisión decidió RECHAZAR, por manifiestamente improcedente, la aclaración invocada, por incumplimiento de los requisitos de oportunidad y legitimidad exigidos para esta clase de pretensiones.

- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR, por manifiestamente improcedente, la "solicitud de alcance de los numerales 85 y 118 del Auto 275 de 2011", presentada por el señor Omar Caicedo, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, COMUNICAR la presente decisión al señor Omar Caicedo, representante legal de la Corporación Procesos Ambientales de Colombia.
- TERCERO. INFORMAR al solicitante que contra la presente decisión no procede recurso alguno.
