Solicitud de cumplimiento de la Sentencia C-033/14.
El peticionario adujo que la Superintendencia de Transporte, el Ministerio de Transporte y el Gobierno Nacional han incumplido con el fallo de la referencia.
La Corte considera que la solicitud formulada es un asunto ajeno al proceso que culminó con la declaratoria de exequibilidad de un segmento del inciso 2º del artículo 5º de la Ley 336 de 1996, decisión que hizo tránsito a cosa juzgada constitucional conforme al artículo 243 Superior.
Con base en lo anterior, la petición de cumplimiento invocada se RECHAZA por improcedente.
