El Ministro de Salud presentó un escrito a la Corporación, solicitando un plazo adicional al de los treinta días concedidos inicialmente, para cumplir con las órdenes impartidas en la sentencia T-970/14.
Igualmente pidió, una audiencia especial para exponer algunos puntos que surgieron sobre el tema, en reuniones con expertos.
Luego de pronunciarse sobre la posibilidad de modificar providencias emitidas por la Corte Constitucional y de analizar el caso en concreto, la Sala decidió NEGAR las peticiones formuladas.
