Con el presente auto la Sala Plena resuelve abstenerse de decidir acerca de las objeciones gubernamentales de la referencia, hasta tanto se cumplan los presupuestos constitucionales y legales requeridos para hacerlo.
Se apremia al Secretario General de la Cámara de Representantes para que acopie todos los documentos requeridos y disponga su envío a la Corporación, dentro de los tres días siguientes a la publicación de los mismos.

- PRIMERO. ABSTENERSE DE DECIDIR, acerca de las objeciones gubernamentales de la referencia, hasta tanto se cumplan los presupuestos constitucionales y legales requeridos para hacerlo.
- SEGUNDO. APREMIAR al secretario general de la Camara de Representantes, para que acopie todos los documentos requeridos y disponga que sean enviados a esta Corporacion, dentro de los tres (3) dias siguientes a la publicacion de los mismos.
- TERCERO. Una vez el Magistrado Sustanciador verifique que las pruebas han sido adecuadamente aportadas, se continuara el tramite de las objeciones gubernamentales al Proyecto de Ley No. 047/10 Camara- No. 091/11 Senado "Por la cual se modifica la Ley 11 de 1979, se adopta el Codigo de Etica de la Profesion de Bibliotecologo y se dictan otras disposiciones".
