- Quinto. Penal del Circuito de Popayan, para que en ejercicio de sus competencias constitucionales y legales, y dentro de los terminos establecidos, decida la accion de tutela interpuesta por Ciro Martinez Cruz contra el Juzgado
- Sexto. Penal Municipal de Popayan.
- Segundo. Comunicar por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto al Juzgado Unico Penal del Circuito de Honda, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
