Recurso de súplica interpuesto contra el auto del 12 de julio de 2013, proferido por el Magistrado Jorge Ignacio Pretelt Chaljub para rechazar la demanda de la referencia, luego de considerarse que no se verificaba, en realidad, una corrección de la misma en el sentido exigido en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena encuentra justificado el rechazo de la demanda, toda vez que, ni el escrito inicial, ni el de corrección, lograron desvirtuar la motivación que originó la inadmisión y posterior rechazo.
Se CONFIRMA el auto recurrido.

- Primero. CONFIRMAR el auto de doce (12) de julio de dos mil trece (2013), por el cual se rechazo la demanda presentada por los ciudadanos Carlos Alberto Ballesteros Baron y otros, contra el articulo 1, parcial, del Decreto 1042 de 1978.
