Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó porque los cargos no fueron corregidos conforme a las indicaciones del auto inadmisorio.
Concluyó la Sala Plena de la Corporación que el recurso impetrado no cumplió con el requisito de carga argumentativa y que la falta de motivación adecuada impedía a la Corte realizar un pronunciamiento de fondo.
Con base en lo anterior, RECHAZÓ la súplica impetrada.

- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR, por no cumplir con el requisito de carga argumentativa, el recurso de súplica interpuesto por Liliana Narváez Cortés en contra del Auto de 16 de diciembre de 2024, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada en el expediente D-16251.
- SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decisión a la demandante, indicándole que contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, ARCHIVAR el expediente D-16251.
