Luego de analizar los argumentos del actor la Corte decidió ABSTENERSE de asumir competencia para tramitar la verificación de cumplimiento del fallo de la referencia y, en consecuencia, remitir el escrito a la Sala de Casación Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia para lo de su competencia, en calidad de juez de primera instancia.

  1. PRIMERO. ABSTENERSE, de conformidad con las consideraciones de esta providencia, de asumir competencia y tramitar la solicitud de verificacion de cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-608 de 2019, promovida por el senor Alirio Zarate Ariza.
  2. SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, DISPONER que la solicitud presentada por el senor Alirio Zarate Ariza sea remitida a la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, para lo de su competencia.
  3. TERCERO. ORDENAR que, por Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique la decision adoptada en esta providencia al senor Alirio Zarate Ariza.
