La Corte analizó los requisitos de procedencia de la petición de la referencia y encontró que se incumplió el presupuesto de oportunidad.
Por lo anterior, RECHAZÓ la aclaración pedida.
Adicionalmente, ordenó remitir la solicitud de aclaración al Juzgado Cuarto Promiscuo Municipal de Floridablanca, para que continúe realizando su deber de verificación de cumplimiento del precitado fallo.

- Primero. RECHAZAR por improcedente la solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-109 de 2015 que fue presentada por Juan Bautista Sepúlveda Anaya y otros por las razones expresadas en la presente providencia.
- Segundo. INFORMARLE al peticionario que contra el presente auto no procede ningún recurso.
- Tercero. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICARLE la presente providencia al peticionario y al Juzgado
- Cuarto. Promiscuo Municipal de Floridablanca. En igual sentido, REMITIR la solicitud de aclaración al Juzgado
- Cuarto. Promiscuo Municipal de Floridablanca para que continúe realizando su deber de verificación de cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-109 de 2015.
- Comuníquese y cúmplase.
