Se negó la petición de audiencia elevada por el accionante de la referencia, lo anterior, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los Arts. 12 y 13 del Decreto 2067 de 1991 y el Art. 60 del Acuerdo 05 de 1992, que establece el reglamento de la Corte Constitucional, es facultativo de la Sala Plena, a solicitud de cualquier Magistrado, teniendo en cuenta los antecedentes del acto objeto de juzgamiento constitucional y la importancia y complejidad de los temas, convocar a audiencia pública a las personas que deban intervenir en ellas de acuerdo con la ley y fijando para tal efecto fecha y hora.
