El peticionario le indicó a la Corte que cinco años después de haberse proferido el precitado fallo, las causas de amenaza y vulneración de sus derechos aún persisten.
Adujo igualmente que el juez de primera instancia, ante quien radicó un incidente de desacato, no ha dado orden alguna dirigida a asegurar el cumplimiento por lo resuelto por la Corporación.
La Sala se abstiene de tramitar la petición formulada, por cuanto el incidente de desacato fue resuelto y se encuentra amparado por una providencia ejecutoriada, es decir, que carece de competencia para tramitarla.
