Recurso de súplica interpuesto en contra del auto proferido por el Magistrado Luis Guillermo Guerrero Pérez para rechazar la demanda de la referencia.
Advierte la Sala Plena que en el recurso estudiado los demandantes no atacaron directamente el auto de rechazo poniendo de manifiesto eventuales yerros u olvidos, sino que pretenden reconstruir, ampliar y reiterar los cargos presentados tanto en la demanda como en la corrección de la misma.
Con base en lo anterior, se decide CONFIRMAR el auto recurrido.
