El memorialista solicitó corregir la sentencia C-933/14, porque al momento de reseñar el concepto técnico del Instituto Colombiano de Derecho Tributario, mencionó al Instituto Colombiano de Derecho Procesal.
La Corte accede a lo solicitado y, en consecuencia, corrige el subtítulo “del Instituto Colombiano de Derecho Procesal” de la página 6 de la precitada providencia, en el sentido de indicar que la palabra Procesal, se reemplaza por la palabra Tributario.
En igual sentido, se corrigen los considerandos 37, 38 y 47 del mismo fallo.

- Segundo. CORREGIR en los considerandos 37 (segunda y ultima linea), 38 y 47 de la providencia (paginas 29 y 31 de la sentencia C-933 de 2014), de manera que la expresion "Instituto Colombiano de Derecho Procesal" sea remplazada por "Instituto Colombiano de Derecho Tributario".
