Recurso de súplica.
La magistrada rechazó la demanda tras considerar que la misma no cumplía con ninguno de los requisitos formales exigidos en el artículo 2° del Decreto ley 2067 de 1991.
En el auto cuestionado se adujo que, con lo aportado por la accionante resultaba imposible extraer las normas que consideraba como trasgresoras de la Constitución Política, como quiera que su inconformidad estaba dirigida a múltiples hechos y decisiones tanto de la justicia como del ejecutivo.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación concluyó que la recurrente no logró desvirtuar las razones que dieron lugar al rechazo de la demanda de inconstitucionalidad de la referencia y que fueron consignadas en el proveído cuestionado.
Con base en lo anterior se CONFIRMÓ la precitada providencia
