- PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS los autos del 11 y 14 de noviembre de 2014 proferidos por el Juzgado Civil Municipal de Facatativa, dentro del expediente ICC-2127.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR al Juzgado Civil Municipal de Facatativa el expediente ICC-2127, para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decision de fondo a que haya lugar, dentro de la accion de tutela formulada por Edelmira Parrado Carrillo contra la Empresa de Energia de Cundinamarca S.A. E.S.P.
