- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC-2755 al Juzgado 4o Administrativo Oral de Cali, para que de manera inmediata tramite y decida de fondo el amparo presentado.
- Tercero. Por la Secretaria General de la Corte, COMUNICAR al Juzgado 14 de Familia de Cali, la decision adoptada en esta providencia.
