Conflicto de competencia entre el Juzgado Cuarto Laboral del Circuito de Medellín y la Sala Primera de Oralidad del Tribunal Administrativo de Antioquia, en torno al trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
La Corte advierte una vez más el deber judicial de atender el precedente jurisprudencial fijado por la Corporación en materia de aparentes conflictos de competencia, máxime cuando involucran sujetos de especial protección constitucional.
Al no existir fundamento para la declaratoria del conflicto negativo de competencia, se decide el asunto ordenando la remisión del expediente al Juzgado Cuarto Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, para que de forma inmediata y sin más dilaciones, tramite la acción de tutela deprecada.

- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 1o de diciembre de 2014, proferido por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Laboral del Circuito de Medellin, dentro de la accion de tutela contenida en el expediente ICC-2121. En consecuencia, REMITIR el expediente al mencionado juzgado para que de forma inmediata y sin mas dilaciones, tramite la accion de tutela iniciada por Euaris Areiza de Lopez contra del FOSYGA - CONSORCIO SAYP.
- Segundo. Por secretaria General, COMUNICAR a la Sala Primera de Oralidad del Tribunal Administrativo de Antioquia de la decision adoptada en esta providencia.
